To use IIS 6 to deliver your web pages, you must first register with the system. This will create a virtual directory using your login as a name.

IIS 6 reads web content stored in a special folder on your M: drive. Part of the registration process is to create these special folders.

Once the folders have been created the system then requests permission for the IIS 6 server to access the special folders on your M: drive.
